Complete the following questions based on research you find on the internet and in your workbook “Eating to live”.

1. What needs to be considered when preparing food for canteens?
2. What type of foods should be served at a school canteen? (Think of your own school canteen)
3. How might the school canteen help reduce nutritional problems in teenagers?
4. What food nutrients does our body require as teenagers?
5. Create a collage of suitable foods for Canteens. Your collage will need to include images which are to be labelled. You will also need to write an explanation of what the foods are and why you think they are suitable? You will then present and display you collage to the class.
