Explain the serving size for meals in a nursing home? 4. What food nutrients does the body require when the elderly are living in nursing homes? 5. Create a collage of suitable foods for nursing homes. Your collage will need to include images which are to be labelled. You will also need to write an explanation of what the foods are and why you think they are suitable? You will then present and display you collage to the class.
